I really do not know what you are getting at.
What I said is that I have utterly no sympathy for women who choose to kill babies instead of preventing pregnancy. Properly used contraceptives are highly effective—more than 99% for some methods. If women are seriously injured or die during the act of killing their babies for birth control, they essentially deserve it.
I am very aware that there are life-threatening complications during pregnancy. Early in pregnancy, abortion may be the only choice—for example, in the case of ectopic pregnancy. But in the third trimester, the only reason for abortion is to kill the baby—there is NO medical rationale for a third trimester abortion.
