YULEE, Fla. -- Nassau County Sheriffs Office Deputy Eric Oliver was hit and killed by a vehicle Tuesday morning while assisting Border Patrol agents.
Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper said Border Patrol agents were checking a vehicle between 7 and 7:30 a.m. with six people inside. The vehicle was stopped at a gas station on State Road 200 near Chester Road. Deputies were assisting in the check.
One person ran from the vehicle and two deputies ran after him. Deputy Oliver, 32, was hit and killed by a vehicle on SR 200 at Chester Road during the chase. Leeper said he failed to see oncoming traffic.
On Tuesday night, a Guatemalan man who has been deported twice before, was captured in Jacksonville following Oliver's death.

Deported twice. That’s only how many times he was caught and actually showed up at his deportation trials. The blood is on the Terrorist in Chief’s hands.
Several years ago, there was a Mexican woman who bragged she’d been caught 400+ times. Trump needs to wall up that revolving door.

It was written poorly. I misunderstood who was where
Mea culpa
“...hanged”
“Right you are. First ‘de-hung’ him and THEN hang him.”.....
Wouldn’t that then be “re-hang” him? We have to make sure he’s dead.
I totally agree with hanging these illegal infiltrators and in particular those who kill our police.
Interesting that Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota are on the list—Would not have thought they would be.
Also interesting that in ND, the State Penitentiary and a Corrections center are Sanctuary zones. Deport the d*mned criminals already!!!
I’ll be happy to spring the trap door or slap the horse.

Enough blood, tears and anguish to go around: From Fed. to State (Prez\Gov), down to the judges\lawyers (slimeballs) and ‘enforcers’ that CREATE the revolving-door (the latter set ain’t doing what it does in a vacuum).
They ALL should be held liable. They have NO cover of office (dereliction of duty, not wilful\enforcing). Subverting the Law = breaking the Law.
Unfortunately, the problem is systemic to a Democracy. Should be return to any semblance of a Republic....(unfort., that idea took a hit when DT said he wouldn’t prosecute Cankles, IMO).
Enough! Deport them all!
