California has added over a million absentee ballots for Hillary since the election ended. Overseas military vote went to Hillary nationwide? I doubt it.

Election fraud is spreading to the Electoral College.
US military stationed outside the USA number less than 200,000. Given likely turnout and Dem - Rep split, that’s not a big net advantage to Trump out of 130 million votes cast.
