You need to study up. As was noted during the debates on the Wisconsin rule changes, federal rules were already far more strict than those proposed by Walker. For example:
Federal unions may not negotiate salaries as they are set by Congress. Federal unions may only negotiate conditions of employment, ie, when the work day starts and ends, how many bathrooms, cafeteria hours, etc.
All Federal jobs are “right to work” and no one can compel a federal employee to join a union.
Now what Trump could do is get rid of the federal union employees who are paid by the treasury to do union work on government time.
Fat, obnoxious Black women will be hardest hit. Literally.
Faster than not at all.
This cannot happen fast enough.
It may not sound exciting, but the apparatchiks are one of the greatest weapons of the communists, and must be excised like the cancer they are.
Eliminate all public unions - including the police.
Unions turn all government employees into shock troops, whether the rank and file want to be such or not.

"A scandal"? As I recall it was a condition found at many VA Health Centers, so to call it a single scandal is hardly accurate! Let us continue though, remember the 2 high level VA Administrators who 'played' the system to get travel bonuses for just commuting? The Obama Admin ended up saying that there was nothing that could be done to them and they are apparently still employed there.

I suggest that T begin eliminating federal jobs in California. It is the humane action as many jobs for lettuce pickers will be opening at the same time. No long periods of unemployment.
Yeah; it’s hard to fire them outright, but you would be surprised how easy it is to demote them into personal bankruptcy.
