I agree in most respects, but have to ask if she would be more valuable to trump in her current role.

Like today. She was on offense.

As press sec she would be on defense more oftem??

Look, Roger Sailes saw a moment in history to rescue Juan Williams from his firing from NPR as an addition to Fox News attempt to be more fair and balanced when it is not. Juan Williams was hired to make Fox News look more diversified when all the other anchors are blonde babes who appeal to me and all the other red necks out there...these are the facts of life in the broadcast industry

Laura is one of those people who can tell people to go jump in a lake without their realizing it until a while later

I was thinking along those lines as well.

I think she would do a great job in either role.

The press secretary job might change under Trump. Typically he/she has to be diplomatic and at times evasive. I’m betting there will be a lot less need for evasiveness under Trump. And I hope that whoever is in the job will be polite and diplomatic, but not PC, and will not take any crap from the press corps. There’s a big difference between being polite and being a doormat. Ingraham would definitely not be a doormat.
