You do realize that a website can be registered with a registrar that might be located in another country but the person running the website could be in another country like the United States. For example, several of my websites are registered with companies who have multiple international locations and sometimes the registration address shows up as another country. Especially if I choose to use identity protection. But don’t let the facts interrupt your attempt to attack someone simply because they are new to a forum.
