America can’t risk a cabinet of deplorables
Sacramento Bee ^ | November 18, 2016 | Editorial Board

As President-elect Donald Trump puts together his inner circle, we have to remember these powerful advisers matter more than for “normal” presidents.

For someone with as little government and foreign policy experience and knowledge as Trump, it’s dangerous if he’s surrounded by like-minded loyalists who won’t challenge him or control his worst instincts.

The Cabinet is only mentioned briefly in the Constitution, in Article 2, Section 2 with the words “he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices”.

Dear concerned left.
Newsflash: Hillary loses. Trump chooses.
You don’t have to like it.

Random aside: the left never cared about the malfeasance of the Chicago Annenburg Challenge grant where Obama helped piss off over a hundred million (meant to help improve education in Chicago) and achieved nothing for it ... but ... Trump University and they sooooo care!

Maybe it’s because the kids who didn’t benefit from the CAC were largely poor and black?

But we could risk a president who can't even keep a state secret?

Okay.

No wonder Rush bailed out of SAC. I’m surprised that he still calls it his home town though.

Remember how the media was very concerned about these same issues when Barack Obama was elected?

Me neither.

Has everyone forgotten about Obama’s “Czars”?
His Czars were his unofficial cabinet of hard core leftist ideologues he picked to actually run the government.

They were people that would never have been confirmed by congress so Obama just bypassed congress and let them bicker about his cabinet nominees while the Czars actually had the power and ran things the Obama way.

it’s been around about 100 years or so.

I’m pretty sure it’s a part of the Fresno Bee and the Modesto Bee ... lots of farming.

“Might be nice to have a National Security Adviser and maybe a Secretary of Defense who actually served in the military.”

It’s going to take some looking, but I’m sure Trump might be able to find some high-ranking military brass who were not disgusting, Obama butt-kissing, perfumed warriors willing to impose his destructive agenda on the best America has to offer in order to further their worthless ring-knocking careers.

If you never posted another article from a Sacramento, Santa Cruz or San Francisco parrot-droppings catcher, it would still be too soon.

This post reminded me of a headline I saw before the election: only one newspaper in this entire country endorsed Trump.

I suppose some little neighborhood papers might have endorsed him, I don’t know. But only one, if I recall correctly, newspaper of any sort of circulation did.

Wow what a lot of influence those newspapers have, huh?

Best election ever. It is pure joy watching the entire MSM’s heads exploding all over the country.

Christmas came early this year and it has been the most entertaining in many years.

May all the liberals heads shatter and pop for the next 8 full years. This is comedy gold. Keep it coming please.
