Megyn Kelly has a new book out.
Trying to capitalize on her anti-Trump burst of fame, she wrote a book called “Settle For More.”

As of this writing, 73% of the reviews are one-star.
Readers don’t like it.
Here’s the highest-rated review. It’s titled “Ego At Work”:
“I want to be as fair as possible here. I think Megyn should have waited a few more years to write a book. To begin with the book is poorly written. Secondly, no matter how you feel towards her (love, like or hate) you can’t help but question why such a strong and educated wonan would work for Ailes if he was sexually harassing her and others. I believe her but can not understand why she stayed. Also why her husband didn’t speak up. Regarding her problems with Trump it seems oddly opportunistic of Megyn to focus on events that are she said he said. This book, instead of being an interesting read is suffocating with Me, Me, Me! I’m afraid Megyn may be better suited to a talk show rather than serious news.“

I would hope that the reviewers have actually read the book (not that I’m any fan of Kelly), in order to lend legitimacy to their reviews.
I’m wondering just how many times a story needs retelling that we all watched, discussed ‘til it hurt to hear more about it, and heard misrepresented again, and again, and again....

The reviews were hilarious but, none of them had actually read the book.
One look at “Amazon Buyer” and you can see who did buy the book and gave it a positive review.
That said, I still can’t stand her anymore

I still don’t get it. She said her 5 year old daughter allegedly asked her what a bimbo is. And we are supposed to have our heart strings pulled at the need to explain to a child what these adult insulting words mean.
Did any liberals say anything when we knew our children were exposed to oral sex talk during the Clinton era????

Next stop: Playboy. She’s symptomatic of one reason, IMO, for the decline of news programs: News readers want to see themselves as stars rather than as just people who real news articles, and the illusion of one overwhelms the reality of the other.
