The reviews were hilarious but, none of them had actually read the book.
One look at “Amazon Buyer” and you can see who did buy the book and gave it a positive review.

Yes. No matter how vile I think an author or a book is, I want to know that book reviews are thoughtful and honest, and based upon actually reading enough of the book to get a fair idea of its message and value.
One-star reviews of political books are nearly always worthless, I find: written by ideologues from the other side. It is hard to know which, if any, are legitimate.
