Rudy would be an excellent Attorney General. What possible objection could the Senate have to him? That he’s divorced and remarried?

They are worried he would put a whole lotta democrats in jail. Giuliani has his flaws but he hates corruption, and that is why he would make a great AG.

Rudy would not be seen as an "Impartial AG" by many in the Senate. While he would ultimately be confirmed..., it would be a very long fight! Perhaps, his temperament is just what is needed to attempt to alter the course of the State Department. As anyone who has had to deal with State at a policy level will attest..., the vast majority of the State Department seems to owe their allegiance to the ephemeral "New World Order" and not the USA! It has been that way for 100 years or more!

I agree. I expected him to be AG. There is nothing to preven him from being appointed.

What possible objection could the Senate have to him? He's not a "Constitutional scholar" like Barry. /sarc
