Rudy would not be seen as an "Impartial AG" by many in the Senate. While he would ultimately be confirmed..., it would be a very long fight! Perhaps, his temperament is just what is needed to attempt to alter the course of the State Department.

As anyone who has had to deal with State at a policy level will attest..., the vast majority of the State Department seems to owe their allegiance to the ephemeral "New World Order" and not the USA! It has been that way for 100 years or more!
