Democrat Who Destroyed Christian Bakery Just Got CRUSHED In Election
The Federalist Papers ^ | November 14, 2016 | Kimberly Morin

Remember the bigotry and hatred against a Christian bakery in Oregon because the owners didn’t want to go against their religious beliefs and bake a cake for a lesbian wedding?

Some interesting and excellent news has come out of Oregon as a result.

The mom and pop bakery was not only fined $135,000, but they were literally put out of business because of the vitriol, bigotry and hatred railed against them by Democrats and the ‘Gaystapo’ for daring to practice their protected right of Religious Freedom.

The Democrat who was responsible for the horrific treatment of this couple was Brad Avakian, and he just got served a dose of justice.

The couple owning the bakery should have sued Avakian and the state for denial of due process. I suppose it’s still not too late to do so.

Not enough.

I agree. Strangely, he is in office for another 2 years (???)

He should be immediately removed and charged with abuse of office.

Agree.

He should be made to pay to restore the business and financial well-being of the bakery owners.

In general, I think business is business and many businesses fail. Too bad. But in this case, this Democrat operative abused his power to personally destroy the finances of a family for the “crime” of disagreeing with his personal agenda. This is a particularly nasty sort of vindictiveness. It is an abuse of the power wielded by one who is in a government position that is supposed to SERVE the people, not TERRORIZE them.

Great karma would be if he desperately needed a taxi and he had his dog with him and the cabbie was a mussie ....

But wait, there is more to this plot. Oregon demoncrats plan was, Hillary, Kate Brown (gov), and Avakian all win. Kate Brown, after a pause, joins the Hillary admin, Avakian as sec. of state would move in to governorship.

We dodged a whole lot of bullets.

Richardson 47.7 percent of the vote to Avakian's 43.6 percent. Good, he won, but trounced?

Disclaimer first- gross

Years ago, Key West had become Mecca for the LGBTQ community.

There were several bakeries on this small island that catered to their XXX clientele.

Risque cakes in the window displays along the pedestrian sidewalk included ‘full-blown’ male and female genitalia as the centerpiece for their cakes.

And the souvenir t-shirt shops had printed every lewd expression known.

Dirty and pornographic, yet legal.

At the time, I sent an expletive-filled email to Avakian. I suppose I should be sorry, but I’m not. I detest that fat-assed bully.

We lost freedom of association when the anti-discrimination laws were passed. Only government must be prohibited from discriminating. Individuals, businesses, and private organizations should be free to welcome or ban anyone they choose on any basis (yes, even on race). Otherwise, we are not truly free.

Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell agree. Any business that turns away customers, loses some business, and there are always competitors willing to capitalize on that.
