Isn't HHS over Obamacare and if Obamacare is going away why would we need a HHS head?

POTUS elect, Donald J. Trump should appoint Ben Carson to a new cabinet post called, Secretary of Minority Inclusion & American Assmilation, or, something like that. Carson should spend 100% of his time bringing minority American children to become all that they can be!!! The Democrats led by the evil likes of Obama/Clinton, have destroyed the hopes and dreams of so many millions of minority children & their families. The Democrat Party is truly the real “Racists” in the American Republic and the American people should totally politically destroy the entire Democrat Party and all it stands for!!!

Frankly, Carson's skill set is probably wasted as Surgeon General of in Secretary of Health and Human Services.

It is better that he work on the outside as Trumps eyes and ears.
