HHS is far more than just Obamacare. My first job when I moved to the area was a job at NIH (National Institutes of Health). It was a very large organization then doing basic research on heart disease, cancer, alcohol and drug addiction, and other diseases that, after all, only Democrats ever get??? And NIH is only one of a number of branches of HHS.

Franklin got his start working in and then running a newspaper. However, more than half his life was primarily spent serving his country in many critical capacities. See the link at my comment #85 for many details.
