This fellow needs to be locked up and arraigned for his criminal abuse of free speech.

Just because one is free to shoot off his mouth (or keyboard) doesn’t mean he should. Try making jokes about bombs in luggage at the airport.

If the Feds prosecuted every liberal who posted some stupid, unfiltered, butt hurt, meaningless threat about Trump on social media in the immediate wake of this particularly nasty election, they would probably need to build a hundred plus new prisons to house them all.

Good. Trump can build them on schedule and under budget.

Sure. Just as long as you also jail every conservative who, in a flash of anger, made a similar stupid, unfiltered, butt hurt, meaningless but unlawful threat toward a covered public official following an election where their candidate lost. People say stupid things they later regret all the time. Unfortunately, the Internet, and especially the echo chambers a lot of these social media sites are, allow them to propagate their stupidity at the speed of light. Worse yet, it is there forever as nothing is really lost once it has been posted.

Something to think about when tempted to lash out.

Threatening the life of the President is a CRIME; last time I checked.

So if I were to rob a bank and get caught, all I would have to do is apologize?

Doing Obama in that way would only confirm all the nasty things ever said about Conservatives. Instantly, we would all be the shooter, guilty of what he did right along with him.

It would make Obama an instant saint. The media would talk him up for three centuries, and that’s a low estimate.

In four months he’ll be a big fat nothing burger. That will be the cruelest punishment of all.

Trump is going to run thousands of circles around him.

It will be a hoot to watch. Obama won’t be able to turn on the news without hearing how Trump resolved another issue he couldn’t, or he had created.

And that’s how it should be.
