“The DunningKruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein relatively unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than is accurate. The bias was first experimentally observed by David Dunning and Justin Kruger of Cornell University in 1999.”
Interesting. I worked at a satellite division of a larger company that was in such an un-liked area that none of the better people would go there to be managers. So, a lot of B and C grade people went there and got promoted beyond their competence levels. They uniformly believed that if somebody working for them had a skill that they had that skill and specialized knowledge too. This led to decisions being made that negatively affected productivity. Eventually, they drove the division out of business. Those who understood what was happening begged them to reverse course but they poo-poo’d us and drove the company over a financial cliff. They all got golden parachutes and the rest of us got laid off.

Ha she been fired yet?
Productively, cutting off funding, federally backed student loans, and military paid tuition due to discrimination and making the school go to court to get it back would be the much better course.
I’d start by picking schools who have colored only housing.

ORGANIZE! As we must throw these people in the trash heap.
Yeah try cozying up to a couple muslims. What a bunch of pukes. Glad I got my education when we only had to look out for the Reds.
Okay. So he’s a liar.
Is that a surprise?
Yeah, but you take their money and give it to non-Whites through your admissions process.
Exactly my point, he is in a position WAY above his mental skills.

Seems a university has strayed a long way from it mission.
Sort of like Yale and Harvard being founded as Seminaries to train Christian Pastors.
Agreed. I noticed that too.
Thanks to his comments everyone whose child goes to a Christian high school has evidence of discrimination if they are denied admission.
It is way past time for states to retake control of their schools, colleges, and universities. They can pass laws that can dictate what they teach, what departments get funding, and salaries. It is long past time to pare down the degree offerings. Students that find themselves adrift and forced to take extra time to graduate can be offered scholarships.
I hope so too.
