Priebus seems pretty sharp and it seemed like he had Trump’s back for the most part. As long as he’s not GOPe and will roll out Trump’s agenda, great. If he’s a GOPe plant, we were screwed from the get go.
Priebus played it straight during the primaries and was loyal during the general election.

An insider with connections on the Hill was needed for this job. Reince or Newt were the only ones who made sense. Either Bannon or Lewandowski would be a disaster.

He was RNC chair for three terms, got on the Trump train, supported Trump, helped him win...

Major mistake by Trump..... Priebus is a disloyal third rail RINO Polidtiot...... RINOS will always be steps ahead of the new POTUS to counter, alert or build hurdles with the socialist democrats on Trumps every thought.
Bad move ...... my opinion.
He may have possibly made this move to make the swamp monsters think they are making progress in infiltrating/manipulating him, or perhaps to use Priebus to ease the process of getting his agenda pushed through asap. We simply do not know.
What we do know is 1) it’s very difficult to “figure him out” and 2) Priebus’s very first misstep will find him tossed out “like a dog” (an expression DJT likes to use).
