Paul Ryan told Jake Tapper on CNN the Ryan House of Representatives will support border security but not mass deportation.

Hypothetically speaking, Congress could let Trump get away with doing all kinds of unconstitutional things like it let lawless Obama do, Trump wanting to do good things with stolen state powers instead.
But now, regardless that post-17th Amendment ratification, low-information patriots have had four election cycles to put all new faces in Congress, they have failed to do so.
