Yup. In the poorly received "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle" movie, once again Boris tries to blow up our heroes, and he is asked, why he always try to blow them up, when you can't kill cartoon characters with bombs?
"Is tradition.", he replied with a shrug.
