I don’t think they will, now that they have an honest to God leader in the White House.
At a CoS rules must be made to prevent big states like NY and CA from running roughshod over the small ones. Such as each state may send 5 representative but has only one vote on whether to send amendments to the states and individual amendments only. No package deals.
They have already infested Oregon and Washington state. Not sure about New Mexico or if the illegals have trashed that wonderful state.
Like locusts, they destroy the area where they reside and move on to destroy another location.

Very well.
Trump will encounter a wall of opposition from rats, government workers, establishment pubbies, media, and a Bamster who remains in DC as the head of the democrat party.
Our problems are beyond the cure of electoral politics. I expect Trump to go over the heads of the opposition and ask his supporters, We The People, to press their states to get on with the only possible solution, a convention of states.
And it will happen when Congress refuses to consider a term limits amendment. Trump will speak before 28 state legislatures asking them to apply for a convention using Georgia's application language.
Congress will have cut its own throat.
It will be sweet.
