Same here - I stopped going to unit "Holiday" parties and made it clear that I might attend a Christmas Party but not a watered down, reason-less get together.
Now retired from Military and Civil Service so don't have to mess with it.
BTW, down here on the MS Gulf Coast, the folks in Walmart and Lowes say "Merry Christmas" every year so far - not to mention asking customers to have a Blessed Day.
These are the same morons who mocked Donald Trump for saying he wouldn’t necessarily accept the results of the election (not that Chris Wallace asked Pickles Clinton the same question).
Who’s having trouble accepting the election results now?
So far, just the doors of the "John Does" in Missouri trying to have political discussions, and various Tea Party groups here and there who dared to claim a certain IRS qualification.
beg parton, Wisconsin not Missouri.
Greeting from up north. Picayune. We say Merry Christmas way up here also. Bible quote in principals office on the wall. Occasional Bible on teachers desk. This is a public school BTW.
My granddaughters go to OLA in Bay St. Louis. We had a camp in the Pass.
“GWB was deemed illegitimate by leftists for four years because he lost the popular vote.”.......
I just read this morning that actually. GWB DID NOT lose the popular vote, the media failed to report that once the dust settled and he DID WIN the popular vote. (I am not positive of that but I DID read it on the internet so it must be true. :) )
But until we get to the center of illegal alien vote fraud the world may never know
I bid $100 on Moochelle’s garden! I was thinking of putting up a nativity scene.
The only way it could have been more uncomfortable would have been if Trump had announced he was planning to raffle off the rights to bulldoze Moochelle's White House vegetable garden.
LOL. Howie and Trump know each other. I bet this line gets to Trump.
Boston lays deep within moon-bat territory, but Howie's radio show and column serves as a sane safe-space for common-sense conservatives.
Last night I stopped by the second, smaller protest in front of the State House (11/10).
As Dr. Wu points out, there were older professional coordinators at work directing the flock of whining college-aged children. One of the shepherds helped the group cross the street safely as they screamed that there was no justice in the United States and :
"Hey Hey Ho Ho, Trump has got to go!"
"Building the wall, won't solve it all!"
"No KKK, no fascist USA!"
During the chant, "Black Lives Matter!" a black woman from Jamaica passing by told me they were full of S%*t and didn't care about black people, but that she is Republican. I told her my slogan, and she joined me,
"We had a vote, and we didn't choose her!
Trump is the winner,
Hillary's the loser!"
While I watched the show, I asked a few sympathizers when the last time they saw the KKK in Boston Common and no one could recollect the klan's last visit. A couple of them told me that they feared for the lives of LGBTs, "undocumented migrants" and told me they had heard that Gov, now VP Pence had subjected Indiana's gays to electroshock therapy - I promised to google that last assertion which I later found debunked by Snopes.
I felt sorry for these millennials. Some of them are nice kids, but they've been cheated by the liberal class that was supposed to educate them. They've taken on massive student debt to be taught socialism instead of useful skills and turned into perpetual malcontent tools of the Left.
The Commonwealth's taxpayers picked up the tab for the many extra police and a helicopter circling overhead to protect the demonstrators.
My Captain, My Captain!!!!! Where is Col. Hunt?
May have been Bernie supporters.
Been up through Greenville and other places but never stopped in Picayune.
The problem is, this is the first election these coddled millennials have ever come out on the short end of.
The idiots now know they were only being trained to be the liberal party dogs to attack when the whistle blows.
No cure for stupidity only pain.
Didn't anyone at Fox notice there was a problem?
Bring it, you brainless twit.
