First of all, shes probably not going to win the actual number of votes cast. She may win the number of votes counted, but not the votes cast.
States dont count their absentee ballots unless the number of outstanding absentee ballots is larger than the state margin of difference.

Don’t count their write-in’s because of some stupid % thing??? Idiots. A vote is a vote.
Facebook has been ablaze with petitions asking to nullify the electoral college, or for electors to take back their votes in December and elect Hillary instead, as she won the popular vote.
I am very interested to know exactly where those extra votes came from — I’m thinking a very small number of states: NY, NJ, MA, CA. SO, these idiots want to elect a President based on results from 4 lefty states? If I have time later I will see if I can come up with the answer.....
Actually President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush voted none of the above and concentrated instead to the congressional election to make sure we keep the House and the Senate
Actually, at this point, if it can be proven that Trump actually took the popular vote, that destroys any basis for their calls for changing the election results.
Sure, they'll still try and probably still riot, but then they have nothing left to claim.
Not true. I helped count the absentee ballots in my State on Election Day.
Perhaps that is true in some States, but not in ours.
Or perhaps that used to be true.
But 50-60 percent of the ballot is ‘absentee’ in some States.
Give it another week.
The vote totals will go up by a huge amount over time.
Not all the votes are in yet.
Between California and New York, Hellary got at least a four million vote margin.
They did the same thing in the 2000 election. In their dreams.
Yep. Somebody send this to Mark Levin. He was going off on Trump losing the popular vote last night.
A lot of dead people vote absentee.
Here is what *I’ve* learned. So many people want to avoid the lines on election day that they all go to early voting, and then they have to wait on line there because there are so few polling locations for early voting. Meanwhile, on election day, waltz right up to the front-no line.
If this election and the count was truly accurate (not counting fraud) Trump’s numbers would probably be a lot more than what they are reporting.
I have no idea if the premise is correct. This year I suspect there were very few blowout states in which it wasn’t necessary to count all the absentees....especially with all the down ballet races.
The author cited California 2000 with 2 million absentee votes , which traditionally break 2 to 1 Republican. I bet that those 667000 Bush votes were not included on election night/day after.
It should be clarified, whatever the case.
She pulled that out of her ass. As with most "reporting" these bozos do.
This thread described how to check your voter status across all states:

>> Doesnt that effect down ballot races? <<
The absentees will be counted in any local jurisdiction (city, district, county, state) where they could theoretically make a difference. It’s inconceivable that the courts would allow otherwise.
For example, if a race for sheriff is tied at 50-50 in County X among the votes cast on election day, and if there is even one absentee ballot, then that ballot will necessarily be counted.
But if the race comes out as 75-25 among the election-day voters, then that one absentee ballot need not be counted — unless there is a specific statute to require universal counting of absentee ballots (possible, but rare).
In the meantime, for the state at issue, the absentee ballots in other counties might or might not be counted — depending on whether those ballots could change a local election.
How many of Clinton’s votes were cast by illegals, the dead, multiple voters, fabricated characters, mental incompetents with “help”???
The vote counts at CNN ARE going up and being updated. So here are the current numbers (Nov 11 10AM) from
www.cnn.com/election/results/
The pop vote difference is about 400K right now:
Clinton: 60,467,245 - 47.7%
Trump: 60,071,650 - 47.4%
The bar chart shows them even because a .3 difference is insignificant in 120 million votes.
