President Obama has described Donald Trump as ignorant, dangerous and unfit to lead the nation, but he’ll ask the Republican president-elect Thursday not to wipe out his cherished, legacy-making executive actions on everything from the Iranian nuclear deal to Obamacare.
In a meeting at the White House to prepare Mr. Trump for taking office, Mr. Obama will try to persuade the president-elect to honor what his aides call a “tradition” of preserving executive actions implemented by the departing chief executive.
“There is a tradition, particularly with regard to executive agreements of successive presidents preserving some element of continuity,” said White House press secretary Josh Earnest. “I don’t know whether or not that will apply in this case. Another thing has also been going on with the election results. I've never heard so many politicians, pundits, reporters, etc. use the term "peaceful transition" ever before. It's as if it's a dog whistle for the miscreants (being kind) on the left to go out and demonstrate and disrupt the masses!

No, those speeches were phony as hell...
After listening to Hillary’s and Obama’s speeches yesterday I am more worried about Trump than ever. They were way to nice and conciliatory. I believe Trump is in very grave danger and fear he won’t even make it to the presidency. I’m sorry to say that but those speeches were polar opposite of both their personalities. Something is very wrong.
You know, I was thinking the same thing. Way too cooperative and makes me think they are up to something,. Then the protests began.
Trump better get a good transition team in place quick because one thing is for certain: the leftists NEVER give up power easily.
There has been a “tradition” of following the dictates of our Constitution and governing in an honest manner.....but I guess the muslim decided to ignore the document drafted by our founders.
DT has gone nose-to-nose with captains of industry and prevailed so I doubt he will be swayed by a community organizer.
