They witnessed history alright, these most devoted Hillary Clinton fans. And they left the building in shock and in tears.

And, I think Jeff Sessions (R-AL) played a HUGE part in Trump’s/our victory.
Dollars to donuts, no other active politician had Trumps attention more that Sessions.
I’ve heard the same from some former friends in the DC area: “I’m afraid for my children” - including one whiner whose kids are 1/4 Arab (his wife is half white and half Palestinian Arab. I told him: “Get your head out of your ass! If you’d bothered to listen to anyone other than NPR, the Washington Post and your liberal friends, you’d know that racism claim is pure bullshit that’s thrown at EVERY Republican.”
I am pretty sure she knew several weeks in advance.
And the Dem. supporters are Klingons.

I honestly don’t know how ANYONE on the ground in the upper midwest/rustbelt states could have ever thought Hillary was going to be able to hold the firewall... I predicted she’d lose it all except MN and IL... MI still hasn’t officially fallen, but looking like its going...
One could argue... well Maybe Trump won’t get all of them.. but there was absolutely no way that Trump was only going to get OH, IA and IN... you could not have spent any real time on the ground in these states, and not figure this out... you couldn’t look at the trends and the numbers and believe the “firewall” was going to hold.

I’m a bit confused on the whole “safe space” thing. Are they individual safe spaces or is it an area where many can shelter? If it’s an area, it can’t truly be safe. I’m thinking it needs to be an individual space which means it would need a WALL...something snowflakes are diametrically opposed to.....it’s a quandary.

They should be crying ... they should be ashamed of themselves... if these people had elected Bernie to hold their banner they would still have lost - - but they wouldn’t have to feel the shame they feel now. The shame they deserve.
It was the symbolism, not the substance, that counted to them. I know that very well from back when I was a Jimmy Carter aficionado.
I learned the hard way, we need the substance before the symbols can mean squat. Love cannot be based on a pile of weak, shapeless mush.
