Even if it does, it won’t matter.

Years ago, in a governor election, the simply *did not count* my county and the two counties, west of me.

The state tally site was just blank.

I called them and asked WTF? and the bitch’s answer was, verbatim “It wouldn’t influence the outcome” and it was a tight race.

For a split second, the left dial said “76% Obama” instead of Clinton.

It constantly moves so I couldn’t get a screen grab.
