As voters flooded polling places across the country on Election Day, some reported problems such as long lines, confusion and voter intimidation in states ranging from Texas to Pennsylvania.
While voting appears to be proceeding without any headaches in many locations, the wave of complaints Tuesday morning came as election observers say they expect a significant increase in the number of issues reported nationwide.
As the bitter presidential campaign rumbled toward its conclusion, officials across the country have been bracing for the possibility of confusion and chaos on Election Day, owing to a flurry of new voting restrictions and

intimidation = “I saw a cop car on the way to the polling place, five blocks away.”..................
Hillary intimidated me, so I voted for Trump.
Has anyone posted pictures yet of the black panthers? I hope they show some confrontation with those a**holes and volunteer poll monitors. Open carry is legal in PA. I want to see those thugs turn tail and run back to their section 8
You are grossly underrepresenting the actual facts of that horrifying case.
The police car was five blocks away, that's true. But it's flashing red lights were on.
Voter intimidation no matter from what side it comes from is absolutely idiotic. Please don’t bring your signs, bullhorns, screaming, yelling or verbal opinions to a polling station. This isn’t a damn football game.
Oh, yeah, I forgot........................
That’s the kind of bully she be.
I voted at my church. There was a policeman at the door. We were asked for an ID. Walked in, voted and left. There were many voting but no trouble. They had many tables around the room so we could sit and fill out the ballot. One of the ladies said it was very, very busy right after it opened. I sat at a table with a very nice lady. Right before we finished, I told her it was easier to fill out the amendment questions by outlining the oval and then filling it in. Reminded us of coloring. All in all, a good day. God bless.
I don’t see any facts behind the intimidation claims meaning to me they must all be against bad behaving Demss:-)
I’ve found two guys on Twitter who are posting about election fraud issues.
Looks like Mike Roman is Trump’s go-to guy for reporting incidences of voter fraud.
Rick Hasen’s page is Election Law Blog.
Lots of activity.
I’m on my phone and it’s verrrry slow and behaving annoyingly today, so no link, but it’s easy to search Twitter for names.
Here in FL panhandle, under Alabama, it was quiet and busy, not crowded, but the polling station had already been open for 30 minutes when I got there...............
Long lines is good news for the GOP!
The menacing police car and its frightful flashing red lights filled the minds of several voters with ghastly flashback memories of the fire hoses, police clubbings, and frantic barking of crazed German Shepherds, straining at the ends of their black leather leashes, being held back by state troopers wearing mirrored sunglasses.
The ironic thing is that those memories — if they existed at all — were memories of Democrat police, set on the marchers at by Sheriff Jim Clark, who was a Democrat. Clark enlisted the help of the Ku Klux Klan, which was the terrorist "wet work" arm of the Democrat party.
....and Bull Connor in Birmingham..................
Long line where there are usually no lines in S. MS and I heard reports of same outside Atlanta....GO TRUMP-PENCE!!!!
Fake. Cop cars have blue lights.
Went to vote, was told I requested a mail in ballot, and had to file a provisional ballot. I did not request a mail in ballot, nor have I received one. I wonder who has my mail in ballot, and how did they vote?! I did registered sometime back and recall which boxes I checked.
I don’t seem to be able to convince the registrar I don’t want to use a mail in ballot so I drop ours off at “my” local polling place. Been voting or dropping off these things over 30 years in same precinct. In past times I’ve been almost alone, this time involved a fair line and crowded room. (Long Beach, So Cal)
