That absolutely false. They are looking at turn out in Hispanic areas and assuming those voters are Clinton. They have no idea who the votes are actually for.

Hispanics do not vote en block for Dems like the Blacks. Romney did the worse with Hispanics of any GOP candidate and got 27% of their votes.

This is another example of a “political analysis” looking at data and trying to fit his personal ideological theory of “racist Trump”.

What the hell is a Hispanic voter surge? Does this mean there are thousands of Cubans coming out to vote? If so, this helps Trump.

Does it mean thousands of Hispanics who came here LEGALLY are coming out to vote? This also helps Trump.

So the premise that a Hispanic voter surge automatically help Clinton is stupid. So my title to this article is New York Times = Stupid.
