Armed with a harmonica and an iconic rocker at his side, Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine showed off his musical prowess at a Florida rally Saturday night.
The Virginia senator, 58, played the harmonica while Bon Jovi belted out his 1986 track, "You Give Love a Bad Name," at a Get Out The Vote rally at The State Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Bon Jovi -- who played a few other songs, including "Living on a Prayer -- joked that he would start a band called "TK and the Faithful."

Interrupting clown-faced Spanish speaking harmonica player for VP? That settles it, I’m voting for Hills.
Was Kaine “playing the blues”?
The democrat party thinks Americans need to be entertained.
I’m guessing more than three people showed up for this appearance for Tim Kaine.
Mike Pence's demeanor and dignity vs. Tim Kaine's. Trump clearly has superior judgement in selecting people of integrity and accomplishment for positions of responsibility. Hilary Clinton - not so much.
Forget it Jake, it’s New Jersey.
He’s always been a wannabe Bruce Springsteen.
If Hillary wins this guy will be one indictment away from the presidency. Scary thought.
Bon Jovi spits in the face of the Country who made his success possible.
By his own admission, he is a small minded group thinker.
Probably shared Sher.
The State holds 550... Or at least it did when I worked the concert business there. I’ve seen recent reports round up to 700.
Sad.
And locomotive breath.
In the shuffling madness
Of the locomotive breath,
Runs the all-time loser,
Headlong to his [campaign's] death.
He feels the piston scraping
Steam breaking on his brow
Old Charlie stole the handle and
The train it won't stop going
No way to slow down.
He sees his children jumping off
At the stations one by one.
His woman and his best friend
...
God He stole the handle and
The train won't stop going
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
No way to slow down.
I also tossed my John don’t call me Cougar Mellencamp CDs.
Hey!!! enough already. I have one son who plays blues harp and another who plays banjo. Both good guys.
I thought that was Springsteen.
The only good band from Jersey is The Smithereens.
At least Kaine will have his harmonica to earn a living with when he and Hillary lose next Tuesday.
After the election, I don’t see how Kaine is going to be employable. What employer is going to put up with his manic brand of crazy. Imagine having to sit through a meeting with this smirking half-wit interrupting everyone.
