Upon taking office, Clinton will purge all law enforcement institutions of everyone who has the goods on her, ensuring she'll never again have a close call with someone like Comey. After all, she still has Chelsea to think about and provide for.
Tuesday is our last chance, and it's still a longshot. By the time 2020 rolls around, demographic changes across the country will have the Democrats waking up on Election Day with 289 EVs already in their pockets. Texas, Arizona and Georgia will be battleground states, for naught because the election is over before their votes are even counted.

Using tax exempt funds as a personal slush fund is illegal as is having an entity pay your expenses and not providing a 1099 to you. If they do provide a 1099, which I seriously doubt in this case, not claiming those payments as income is tax evasion regardless whether they furnish a 1099 or not.

Just yesterday I posted the remark Brit Hume made about Chelsea several days ago. He said something like “she is more concerned that others, such as Doug Band, are taking too large a cut from the foundation therefore cheating herself and her parents out of even more”.....words to that effect. She’s as bad as her parents.
I'm coming to the depressing conclusion that people just don't care.
After years of small time graft and embarrassing sex scandals, the Clintons come up with their greatest achievement; the Clinton Family Foundation. Allowing them to sell U.S. foreign policy to the highest bidder, making them wealthier beyond belief, the CFF is a work of art!
There is nobody better at this than they are and on Tuesday, they stand a very good chance of being returned to the White House.
The rapper credo, "Get rich or die trying" rules the day. Those of us who find the Clintons' lifetime of graft, corruption and obstruction to be morally reprehensible make up the minority viewpoint. We're a bunch of chumps.
Can anyone imagine what life would be WITHOUT the Clinton’s? The media would be totally lost.
So... adding up the pieces from many emails we have seen:
Chelsea (cvc) and her chief of staff (Bari) thought that Justin Cooper and Doug Band were misappropriating Foundation funds (maybe they were?) and initiated the totally-not-an-audit “corporate review” of the Foundation. She then blabs about it to one of the Bush daughters, and it gets back to Doug Band. Doug Band then says Chelsea has been illegally receiving Foundation funds and ominously hints that more stuff could be revealed if they go down this road.
During the “corporate review”, Doug submits a document seemingly designed to defend his fundraising for the Foundation/CGI and reveals some illegalities in that document. At some point, it seems like Justin Cooper (who Chelsea said was installing spyware and reading peoples emails) got fired, and Doug Band went off about that saying the Clintons wouldn’t be where they were without him and Justin.
In the end, the “corporate review” issues some recommendations, including putting controls on the “comp memberships” worth $20,000 that Doug Band was handing out to potential donors, but he remains on the team.
Personally, I think Chelsea got Justin Cooper fired, and he is the one who leaked the emails, since he had access to them and motive to get revenge on the Clintons.
Does anyone know who cvc is? Whoops - that’s Chelsea Victoria Clinton, of course. But why would she still be known as Clinton, I wonder?? Same reason her mother wanted to be known as Rodham? STRANGE, STRANGE PEOPLE!!
Since I figured that one out, I’ll ask if anyone knows who bari is???? I’ve seen the name before in emails but I’ve not been able to run it down. Hey - I don’t even know my own name anymore with all this business going on!
OK - I give up. #44 gives the answer about bari and that’s where I’ve seen the name before - when she reported that she’d seen him loading spyware on computers...

But, this latest reply from Doug Band makes it much more interesting.

Have to wonder how that info would have gotten to Band from one of the Bush daughters (Jenna?). What would that connection be? More mischief going on than our imaginations can conjure up? Man - I hope not. We’re on overload already.

Can’t help but notice that Chelsea doesn’t seem to have her own tight group of age cohort friends, hangers-on. The old Clinton cadre is taking care of her as much as they can. And hubbie Marc, the ski-bum, is nowhere to be seen.
In this context, "not smart" means "bad idea".
It's a comment on her judgement, not her intelligence.
If I remember correctly, she was on-air for a total of about 10 minutes, so she was paid about $60,000 per minute.
Insiders at NBC were pissed-off, because there was in-house talent that was eminently more qualified for her job.
One has to wonder what NBC "bought" from the Clintons by hiring Chelsea to do almost nothing for more money than many make in a lifetime.
The Bush family is full of sickos. There are reasons they support the Clintons. They are thieves and perverts too except George P. May be the exception according to my friends that know him.
