Being beautiful has been a blessing and a curse for Fox News star Megyn Kelly.
Her looks didn't help when rumors circulated early in 2007 that Megyn was having an affair with Fox News veteran broadcaster Brit Hume, who had taken Kelly under his wing. She was contributing legal segments for his show Special Report with Brit Hume.
Kelly was mortified.
In her long awaited memoir, Settle For More, due out November 15, Kelly describes how she - and Hume - reacted when the report was published, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal. When she met Brit and his wife Kim Hume, then managing editor and bureau chief of Fox News Washington bureau respectively, they all hit it off immediately. From the day Roger Ailes hired her - when she was 'green' and 'stiff' the media couple helped Megyn develop her wining on-air persona.

I haven’t watched Fox for a few years now, so I don’t know how she interviews. But the flip-flopping over who’s “so fabulous” and who’s “sh!t” around here borders on schizo.

Brit is at his best when modest and using self-effacing humor. He can be bit pompous sounding otherwise.

I don’t know if that was supposed to be sarcastic but she really does need a trim. Her shorter hair is so much more attractive but this week it’s getting pretty ragged so it’s time...And for those of you who don’t like her can forget about posting how ugly she is. She is a beautiful woman - perfectly sculpted face. You can’t take someone’s looks away from them because you object to their peculiarities.
