In the debate, Hillary stated that The Clinton Foundation spent 90% of it’s funds for helping the poor. I’ve not heard anyone refute this except the guy who wrote Clinton Cash, who said it was closer to 6%. I also note that the websites that rate charities don’t even try to rate TCF because they are just too far from a true charity. IT’S A TAX DODGE people!

Sounds to me like special case pleading. A case or a few cases got the 90% treatment, so now like the proverbial lying Madison Avenue (at least until truth in advertising laws that require more robust honesty) Hillary touts what you just said.

She dare not qualify that with “as calculated over all its charitable affairs over the last N years.”

I bet even Bill Gates’ foundation beats the pants off of that.

Only 5.7% of the money goes to actual charitable work.

Well, if the “foundation” didn’t fund that reptilian-looking Huma, she’d be poor!

It isn’t a tax dodge (since the bribes are illegal anyway); it is an income stream for the Clinton syndicate for generations to come. I believe Hillary even had the audacity to refer to her own contributions to it as “charity”.

This whole election cycle has shown average Americans that both major parties are their enemies, and they will work in conjunction to stop anyone from improving their lots in life.
