This whole investigation has been filled with ethical violations by various lawyers. Have the lawyers who examined emails been given security clearances? Who is paying for Huma’s attorney? I have been dismayed by the various conflict of interests shown in this case.

The proper procedure would be for the Justice Department to start filing Motions to Disqualify the conflicted attorneys. Otherwise any subsequent convictions may be tainted. These motions will have to wait until Trump takes office.

The FBI and DOJ allowed all parties to use the same attorneys. I felt this was a way to throw the case or make it in-prosecutable.

If you want something to fail, you put someone in charge like Lynch, to make certain it will fail.
