The New York Times presents a Florida poll today that has author Nate Cohen trying desperately to frame hope for Hillary Clinton where no hope exists.
Overall the poll presentation shows Donald Trump with a 4 point advantage. However, the real story, reflecting the full scope of whats happening, is marginally buried in the poll internals:
[ Trumps ] so strong that Mrs. Clinton has just 55 percent of the vote among white registered Democrats without a degree, compared with Mr. Trumps 32 percent.
Yes, that is correct. Donald Trump is winning 32% of the largest Florida Democrat constituency, registered white Democrats without a college degree.
But wait, it gets better:
[ ] Mrs. Clinton had a lead of 41 percent to 33 percent among Cuban voters, with a huge number undecided or supporting a minor-party candidate. Now Mr. Trump leads, 52 percent vs. 42 percent.
Yes, that is correct. Donald Trump is leading 52/42 with Cuban Americans in Florida. A 10 point advantage. Remember what we have always said about the Patrone cultural aspect in Florida?
There it is
. Clear as day.

“...Diebold tabulators...”
Trump’s campaign has to start today insisting that the Diebold vote tabulator machines be backed up with paper ballots that are closely guarded by independent election officials (not democrat officials only). So there is a paper back up to the machines that are very likely being programmed to steal votes by flipping certain percentages.
It seems reasonable that it would not be too late to insist upon this or the machines could steal the election.
How to suggest this to his campaign?
I predicted back in August the Electoral Map to look as follows below. Now with Weinergate I may have to revise and give him a few more states. In any case IMHO he won't go below my original prediction here:
Here in NM the voting IS done using paper ballots, but counted using the machines. What I don’t know is how long those ballots are stored after the election. It also probably wouldn’t be too hard to swap the ballots after the election to make them reflect what the tabulator results showed. If there’s suspicion of fraud, those ballots would need to be guarded 24/7. The very best thing that could happen would be for some random comparisons of the electronically counted results versus some hand counted results. If the results don’t match, then ALL places using those machines need to be hand counted.
Trump will win 40 states...including Florida & Ohio.
It isn't...He probably is.
Wipeout!!
This might be over by 9:00pm on Tuesday. Would be fine with me. I'll enjoy watching all of the MSM pundits cry in their beer.
The Bernie-ites are starting to cross over. Burn ‘dis mutha down, GO TRUMP!
That’s a lot of late FL rallies for a state seemingly in the bag. Why not CO, which looks to be critical at this juncture?
I have a bunch of relatives and in-laws that live in NY (Long Island) & Massachusetts. They are all moderate Dems who typically vote Dem. This year they are all firmly supporting Trump as are all their friends (more Dems). They all hate Hillary.
Interestingly they all voted for Reagan and hated Carter after initially supporting Carter the first time around. The hostage crisis, long gas lines and the economy swayed them then.
This time it's Benghazi, Terrorism, Corruption and Obamacare. They love Giuliani and every time he pops up supporting Trump they remember 9-11. NY will go Trump.
Massachusetts is a real long shot so I give that to Hillary though they may surprise me election night.
Michigan: one word- Jobs. Michigan goes Trump.
NJ: Chris Christie will deliver NJ
LANDSLIDE IN SIGHT!
Cubans are very conservative, no way they were ever going to vote for Hillary.
There is no such valid expression as Your Fired.
Of course not, it’s “You’re fired.” Any fifth grader should know that.
You catch on quickly.
