This young man seems to be a decent fellow and I pray he isn’t being taken advantage of by those leading him to the public stage. He’s been disappointed a great deal in his life and I just don’t see Slick Willy or any member of the grifter Clinton family budging unless demanded to do so under a court order.

You don't subpoena DNA. A court has to order Clinton to produce a sample as part of a court proceeding. So far as I know this guy doesn't have any active suit against Clinton.

there are other ways of getting verification....he’s “been dickin’ bimbo’s at home” per Colin Powell, so I would think that that Bubba’s DNA would be easily had. Paying a hooker/call girl $1000 USD would be a good investment.
Not sure about the military taking DNA and ditching dog tags though I do remember something like what you are sayng...don;t remember the exact details.
