I think his lawyer is going to subpoena Bill’s DNA. Maybe they have former Arkansas State Troopers who are willing to testify they delivered an envelope monthly to Danney’s mom and Christmas presents to him every year.
You don't subpoena DNA. A court has to order Clinton to produce a sample as part of a court proceeding. So far as I know this guy doesn't have any active suit against Clinton.
