DOJ is refusing to cooperate with the FBI and ask for the warrant.
Likely because it implicates far more than Hillary. But that’s speculation.
DOJ acting to stonewall the Hillary investigation = Constitutional crisis.
Note also Hillary asking Comey to make the material public. She knows damn well it’s top secret. That may violate the law and certainly jeopardize the criminal case.
She’s lying about asking for everything to be made public to a non-lawyer public.
This country has HUNG Americans for committing espionage against our country.

The warrant exists from Mahattan DA. The FBI has a right to those files and emails to ascertain if federal law has been violated. Cy Vance can go to federal courtand demand a warrant but ypthen Comey can let it be known that FBI cooperation in pending and future joint task force investigations will come to a halt. Comey can push things so that Barky through Lynch can ask for his resignation and Comey can refuse and Barky will have to fire him and explain what the cause. Right now even if she wins Clinton is terribly damaged.

I would think that everyone involved at FBI and DOJ are now looking over their shoulder at Rudy G who will probably be AG in January. And the USA is quite the opposite; the further you get out on the frontier, the closer you get to honesty.
