Cool! I’ll try to find a video of it I can open. This is the first I’ve heard of it.
my grandson turned eighteen today and I just got back from a birthday lunch for him at Red Lobster, which he got his money’s worth on the endless shrimp. When he blew his candle out he said he wished Trump to win. He didn’t register to vote in time, bless his heart.
I started getting plantar fasciitis, but fixed it with stretching exercises and Tylenol.
Strange as it sounds, your feet and ankles feel pressure when you sit in a normal chair. It helps to have a cushion under your chair when your feet are not elevated.

I’m usually on my feet for the entire shift. We wore pedometers about ten years ago and learned that we averaged 7-15 miles walked in 12 hours. Ow.
I swap out my Dr Scholls work insoles about every 3 weeks. Haven’t had a problem since.
There is a paid dance troupe traveling around pretending to be a flash mob for Hillary. The choreographed performance kind of gives away the fact that it isn’t real or spontaneous.
I don’t get it. If support for Hillary is so strong, then why isn’t there any real demonstration of it? Why, when she makes one of her rare campaign stops, do so few people show up? Her stops look more like a PTA meeting than a campaign event.

I’ve discovered there is a wealth of news & political info on FB. We never participated in a flash mob before & would never have known about it except for FB. Had a lot of fun doing it & saw on FB our local GOP is doing several again this week. We’ll be there.
