Did Weiner have some kind of control of the relevant electronic device(s) that the FBI found the emails on? He could possible be facing 15 years in federal prison as a child predator.
Maybe he knew what he had and used it as a bargaining chip?
I would think the FBI knows what they have. Not really sure what is contained on the emails in question, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that they had classified clearly marked on the documents they found.
Could that laptop (hers) be one of the devices that Hillary claims she 'lost' ?
It may be that 'Tony' wanted to use Huma's laptop because he knew it was a 'government' one that had good security so he thought he couldn't get caught.

I’m not so sure that is correct, because Weiner was sexting the under aged girl who lives in North Carolina I believe it is. So the fact that it crossed over state lines makes it a Federal case, not a local one. Either way, the FBI must be in possession of the documents in question. Otherwise, how would they even know to reopen the investigation.

Excellent theory. I think you may be on to something. A couple like that is only in it for the power. I guarantee Huma knew and knows what Carlos Danger was doing. And with a few simple button clicks on the cell phone Carlos Danger now has his dirt on Hillary.

That would be ironic. On the flip side, i feel like we are being setup? What I mean is, the trend in the polls haven’t been looking good for Hillary lately, nor the early voting. What if next Friday, the FBI holds a huge news conference and declares Hillary innocent, just before the weekend of the election. What’s the impact then? As excited as I want to be, I don’t trust Comey at all.
I believe Anthony was on a cell phone, snapping pictures of himself and sexting the girl with his son in the bed next to him, I assume sleeping. I also do not know which device of hers the emails were on. It could have even been her phone. I am really under the impression that Weiner can think of nothing else other than sex. He seems obsessed by it, and he would have no interest in secrets anyway, boring, in his mind.

What if pictures of that underage girl or other girls are on one of Hillary Clinton’s devices?!?! Or if he was using her device and server for sexting and she attempted to cover that up for him? One thing that occurs to me, Weiner may have been holding something hostage. He realized that what he had is going to expire when Wikileaks, well, leaks next week.
