First come- first served. Guessing... there were more than likely a certain percentage of no-shows (initially) and they (again) likely had a cushion of say, 30%-50% overage baked into the distribution, to account for the no shows.
NOW, I bet there are less than 5% no-shows, AND a YUGE increase in demand for tickets. The campaign likely and intentionally distributes thousands more tickets than a venue can hold, to demonstrate Trump’s popularity/movement, and the public dissuaded/undaunted, pours in- in spite of this condition, every single time. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH!
