When FBI Director James Comey announced on July 5 that the Department of Justice would not seek the indictment of Hillary Clinton...
Here is the back story.

A few determined agents were frustrated by Clinton's professed lack of memory during her interview and her oblique reference to a recent head injury she had suffered as the probable cause of that. They sought to obtain her medical records to verify the gravity of her injury and to determine whether she had been truthful with them. They prepared the paperwork to obtain the records, only to have their request denied by Director Comey himself on July 4.
Then some agents did the unthinkable; they reached out to colleagues in the intelligence community and asked them to obtain Clinton's medical records so they could show them to Comey. We know that the National Security Agency can access anything that is stored digitally, including medical records. These communications took place late on July 4.
When Comey learned of these efforts, he headed them off the next morning with his now infamous news conference, in which he announced that Clinton would not be indicted because the FBI had determined that her behavior, though extremely careless, was not reckless, which is the legal standard in espionage cases. He then proceeded to recount the evidence against her. He did this, no doubt, to head off the agents who had sought the Clinton medical records, whom he suspected would leak evidence against her.

So Comey's abrupt and corrupt press conference on July 5 was to keep FBI special agents from getting the dirt on Hillary's true medical condition.

There has been ONE, only ONE former FBI retired agent who had the balls to speak out in a direct letter to Comey (which Comey probably didn’t read).
EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM CURRENTLY EMPLOYED by the FBI are cowards and traitors IMO. They are too wanting of their benefits and retirements to do a damned thing.

What happened to the FBI is a question you should have asked 50 years ago

The NSA must have Hillary’s 33,000 deleted emails, at least all of the ones that passed through the Internet.
But, now I think his first action should be to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Comey, McCabe, and any other person in the FBI that obstructed this investigation.
If McCarthy (and others) are correct that the rank-and-file FBI agents are seething over the political manipulation of this case, they should be ready to blow the whistle on anyone and everyone that protected Clinton from prosecution.

Agents receive the same pay and benefits if they are in an investigative agency as Americans traditionally considered the FBI, or as agents in a secret police type agency that many fear the FBI appears to be morphing into.
They became Democrats.
Democrats put the Democrat Party ahead of the law and ahead of their country.

Once the toadies in the FBI and DoJ has been cleaned out, then appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Clinton and every one of her staff that was involved in the email espionage.
The previous immunity agreements will make prosecution more difficult, but there's been enough new information developed independently to pursue them.
Then, a third special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate the Clinton Foundation.
Finally, a fourth special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate the campaign law violations and violence fomented by Democracy Partners, Americans United For Change in coordination with the Clinton campaign. Subpoena all the raw footage that O'Keefe's lawyer won't allow him to show.

Either way, if she gets in office; the med problems, frequent absences and continuing investigations accompanied by unavoidable exposures of corruption at every level of government will put the US in a tailspin leaving us vulnerable to all sorts of problems with hostile nations and forces.
