Granted, this is all anecdotal evidence — but in Orlando, I don’t see the same enthusiasm for HIllary.
Another, admittedly unscientific observation, Dade City, according to the FL board of elections in terms of percentages is the most heavily Democrat town in the state. I drive through there from time to time. The west end of town is largely Latino and I have not seen ONE Clinton yard sign or bumper sticker there. In the entire town I've seen maybe two small Clinton signs, there's more Trump signs, including a YYUUUGE one right on US301 the main road running north and south. Something else to consider, even though by all accounts NY doesn't seem to be in play, my old stomping grounds in Rockland County, the village of Spring Valley, like Brooklyn and Queens has a large Caribbean population. They are absolutely outraged at the screw job the earthquake victims in Haiti got from the Clinton Foundation. Also nearby in Monsey and New Square is a huge number of Orthodox Jews. Traditionally they vote Democrat especially locally but they did support Reagan both times, and the ones in NYC overwhelmingly voted for Mayor Guliani in both elections. To say the least they were unimpressed with Her Henious when she ran for US Senate. Obviously, Trump is no Reagan, but Rockland could go Republican for the first time since 1984. This in and of itself wouldn't be enough for Trump to win NY, but who knows?

The other week we went to a hipster writer art party at my editor’s house. She lives in Seminole Heights which is beard/skinny jean central in Tampa. Driving out to Tampa from Orlando — all Trump, no Clinton, including a giant digital billboard saying, Tampa is Deplorable Country 2016.

In Seminole Heights? A few Trump yard signs, one Bernie sign — and three Hilary magnetic decals (on my editor’s fridge.) Oh, and at this party, this time, absolutely NO political conversation... so... who knows...
