It’s my experience that women are heavier users of sick days and personal days off as a result of being the prime caretaker for the kids either in the absence of a father or the father’s inability to be a mother.

Totally garbage "study."
A lot of men are underemployed these days because they can't find a job. My bet is they just took the number of man-hours per sex and divided by the numbers of each sex.

I call BS on this one. Womyn miss more days than most men in every facet of jobs. In the military or in the private sector I’ve made the mistake upon depending on womyn to show up at work.

Absolute barnyard bagels! Women take off for every hangnail, broken heel, menstrual cramp, or bad hair day. Then there are the pregnancies and “family leave” time. Maybe in France or Germany women are the workhorses, but in American businesses, I’d bet men work 5 days to womens’ 4.
