Dems sue GOP over Trump's 'rigged' complaints

Washington (CNN)The Democratic National Committee is suing the Republican National Committee for aiding GOP nominee Donald Trump as he argues that the presidential election is "rigged," claiming that Trump's argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.

The suit, filed Wednesday in US District Court in New Jersey, argues that the RNC has not sufficiently rebuked Trump for the line of attack, which he has used as a rallying cry and is assumed to be a way to explain away a potential loss on Election Day.

"A lawsuit is not a smart move given “the discovery phase” will open a lot DNC cans that the RATs won’t want to be opened!!"

Don't worry the Dems will make sure they get the Judge they want and thus Discovery will be limited to what the Dems want to show. The Dems play to win.

But it will be dropped the day after the election.

As will the women accusers go away (ala Herman Cain).

The evidence says the DNC did rig and they did deny Bernie Sanders. And that hillary’s payoff to pay off the DNC debt bought her nomination.

This could backfire on the dems. Just show the Veritas videos in a court room with CSPAN cameras. The unwashed sure would get an education.

Yup. All Trump has to do is announce that his next campaign rally will be televised segments of O'Keef's Veritas videos on a 100 foot screen and jumbo-tron.

It would be interesting if the media were to cover that campaign event!

So typical of the Oligarchy. They break and twist the law and if you complain about that, they send in their lawyers.

If they would stop rigging elections (see Project Veritas, and the video of the NYC Democratic Commissioner of the Board of Elections - Alan Schulkin, and the outcomes of every coin toss and email evidence of cheating against Bernie in the primaries, and hundreds of other examples), honest people would stop accusing them of cheating.

The elections are rigged, and I will not trust any alleged count that claims Hillary won. Even if the count shows Trump won, I will assume he won by far more and the democrats cheated, just not by enough this time around.
