Washington (CNN)The Democratic National Committee is suing the Republican National Committee for aiding GOP nominee Donald Trump as he argues that the presidential election is "rigged," claiming that Trump's argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.
The suit, filed Wednesday in US District Court in New Jersey, argues that the RNC has not sufficiently rebuked Trump for the line of attack, which he has used as a rallying cry and is assumed to be a way to explain away a potential loss on Election Day.

Because the democrats seems to have NO concern of votes being stolen from their candidate. WHY?
Yes, there’s plenty of evidence in the public eye to counter-sue. Spot on! And just think of the mountains of election fraud evidence to have officially registered in a court! Sweet!
The DNC suing is just more proof they are rigged.

Early voting has already shown that there is vote fraud going on.

Conversely, "designed to suppress the white vote" describes fair play.
The 'Rats aren't likely to win their case, of course. But they might shame the spineless RNC into signing a "cease & desist" order...
A frivolous lawsuit by the DNC. Trump’s side should receive attorney fees and costs when the case is dismissed. The DNC attorneys should also be slapped across the face with a copy of the Constitution.
Fine, sue, fire-away... because discovery in this case is going to mean that the DNC and the H> campaign is going to have a lot of ‘splainin’ to do.
A lawsuit is not a smart move given “the discovery phase” will open a lot DNC cans that the RATs won’t want to be opened!!
Is there no First Amendment? Why can’t Trump say the system is rigged if he wants too? The Dems have said the same in the past. I truly hope there is no legal basis for this ridiculous kind of claim, which itself is an attack on democracy and a fair political process.
