The Maricopa county numbers indicate to me that Sheriff Joe Arpaio will be re-elected.

Ballots received by party breakdown. No assumption on how they voted.

Saw a guy at Speedway and I-10 in Tucson the other day presenting to rush hour traffic coming off the freeway, dressed in a black and white stripe meant to simulate prison shirt with Hillary mask - 5 foot tall sign saying “Trump For White House, Hillary For Jail House.”

Awesome!

Is McMuffin on the ballot in AZ?

I thought he was strictly a UT play...

Trump will do worse than Romney in Arizona. He may still win it, but it will be close. Clinton has poured $ in, she’s doing a bit better with wealthy voters and they’re running a major Latino get-out-the-vote campaign.

Yes I know - I grew up there and went to the U of A.

Between the university students and the heavy Mexican presence, it’s always been liberal. Phoenix though was much more conservative and bigger so it more than canceled out Tucson. But I guess it too is getting more lefty.

McMuffin is write in vote in AZ. He is only on the ballot in AR CO ID IA KY LA MN NM SC UT VA. The idea that the McMullin conspiracy is a play for UT is misleading. Yes he is on the ballot there and will get a good number of votes but Trump will still solidly take UT. Hillary might get 3rd again like her husband vs Bush and Perot. The real threat of McMullin is in battleground states like NV and CO that have large Mormon populations. If they were as close as FL in 2000 he could cost Trump the election in the same way that Naders 98k votes cost Gore Florida.

The good news is that of the Mormons I know in AZ only maybe 1 in 10 will vote McMullin. The rest are solidly (1/2) or reluctantly (the other 1/2) voting (or already voted) Trump. Also the more that Mormons learn about McMullin the less they like him. A lot of people want really hard to believe there is something better but when they find out why McMullin is really running they sour on him. I wrote an article last week about how McMullin is a tool being used to sucker Mormons. It went viral and had 500,000 readers over the weekend. I got a flood of email and messages. Most were from Mormons who thanked me for plainly pointing out that the Evan McMullin campaign is a con.

I heard from some #nevertrumpers that they hoped McMullin would win 2 states, enough to deny Hellary and Trump 270, after which McMullin would win a House vote to be President. But even avid #nevertrumper Steve Deace tweeted out last week that his election analysis showed no possibility of that. Of course he’s predicting a massive Trump loss.

I don’t think you understand how deep the #nevertrump feelings run. Or how RINO the mainstream Republican party can be. And how much the Wall Street Journal contingent wants the same open borders Hillary wants. I don’t see a big grass-roots movement for Republicans to vote against Trump, but a significant portion of these avid policy wonk and political junkie type of Republicans will vote against him.

Are these Trump Republicans? Or Ryan “republicans”?

Regardless of how the election turns out we need a new party. I could cooperate with “other republicans” if they go along with the party even when they don’t get their way. A bigger party is bigger if we work together.

I despise “Ryan republicans” when they are happy to have the rest of the party support their issues/candidates but “follow their conscience” when the other side of the party is leading. They use us the way Democrats use minorities (give us your vote but don’t expect anything in return)

Thanks for the info!

I had no idea he was on the ballot in all those states. It definitely reveals his true goal is not to be selected by the House of Representatives - as he says it is - but instead is to install the Clintons in the WH. I wonder how much Soros money he’s taken in.
