There is also a promise that Hillary herself is about to be one of the co-stars of this expose.

Are you sure or is this wishful thinking? What's the source of information?

I hope that Mitch and Paul are implicated in these videos somehow.

If Mitch McConnell & Paul Ryan weren’t such RINO’s, they’d call a presser announcing they are DEMANDING Comey investigate this blatant law breaking by the Clinton campaign to commit voter fraud and illegal foreign donations!

Unless their own, and/or GOP campaigns partake of the same illegalities.

Prediction: Given that absolutely nothing came of the Al Gore-Buddhist Temple China cash scam, then noting will come of this.

The Monks laundered $55,000, this is only $10,000.

OTOH, it is very possible that since James O'Keefe set up the offshore account, and James O'Keefe donated the money through this offshore account, it well could be that James O'Keefe ends up being the one charged with a crime.

I read through all that, and it appears that a foreign contribution to an 501(c4) advocacy group is allowed.

AUFC is indeed a 501(c)(4) group:

Americans United For Change is organized under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Such a group is a "social welfare organization". But, lobbying is a permissible activity:

Seeking legislation germane to the organization's programs is a permissible means of attaining social welfare purposes. Thus, a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization may further its exempt purposes through lobbying as its primary activity without jeopardizing its exempt status.

However, there are restrictions:

The promotion of social welfare does not include direct or indirect participation or intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.

However, that doesn't prevent them from supporting or opposing a candidate, as long as it isn't their primary activity. And, they must be independent of the candidate's campaign.

More information here:

Political Campaign and Lobbying Activities of IRC 501(c)(4), (c)(5), and (c)(6) Organizations

I’m betting that the FEC is going to charge Project Veritas for sending that money. WATCH!

It most likely would have to be interpreted by the FEC (which wouldn’t prosecute). I’m not a lawyer but it seems they would fall under

http://www.americansunitedforchange.org/content/aboutus/

Americans United for Change has challenged the far right conservative voices and ideas that for too long have been mistaken for mainstream American values. In the process, we helped create a groundswell for a return to the traditional progressive values that have defined America – economic fairness, opportunity, national and economic security and democratic leadership.

Today we are building on that success through national campaigns that utilize grassroots organizing, polling and message development, earned and paid media, online organizing, grasstops outreach and paid and volunteer phones to pass the transformational legislation coming out of the Obama White House.

Yep, I wouldn’t be surprised.. they’ll be charged based on videos that show the Clinton campaign admitting what’s “technically” vote fraud, that Hillary herself requested acts that are a felony, and that the campaign was trying to cause “anarchy”.

No, AUFC is a social welfare organization -- at least as far as the IRS is concerned. But, they are allowed to engage in limited political activity.

I think there is enough evidence for the IRS to revoke their 501(c)(4) status, but the current IRS would never do that.
