Trump frustrated by lack of support from GOP establishment?

Donald Trump's campaign has ended fundraising events meant to support the Republican Party's get-out-the-vote efforts in next month's elections.

Aides to the Republican nominee told Fox News on Tuesday that Trump Victory, the joint fundraising committee for the GOP and the campaign, held its most recent fundraiser on Oct. 19 and no more such events were scheduled.

Congress is one party.. the republicans gave in to everything. That is why Trump came along.. and do you think ryan or the establishment republicans are going to help Trump as President? Really? Help him after they would not help him get there?

The best thing for Trump is to stand his ground... to quibble is to show weakness when the establishment is the enemy along with the dems. I wouldn’t give an inch to any one of them until they bowed as low as need be... yea.. and term limits are not going to make them happy either...

so we have someone who knows how the game is played.. it’s about time!

Kind of big mistake if you ask me.

"Screw the GOPE. Where do I donate so 100% goes to Trump, not just 80%?"

I am not entirely sure, but I have been donating directly on his own website DonaldJTrump.com rather than responding to the endless GOP emails with GOP addresses or various victory funds. It seems like his own site would go totally to him unless there is some behind the scenes agreement.

There are at least two other people here expressing a similar point of view. I notice you haven’t deigned to write to them. Why?

We contribute directly to Trump and candidates who share our values. We quit giving to the GOPe years ago as we don’t need our money given to RINO. I hated to see Trump help fund the uniparty and am glad he changed that!

[They have not been saying yes to everything and you know it.]

They said YES to the Iran nuclear deal.
They said YES to Omnibus.

They have NOT brought up impeachment charges against Obama’s multiple acts of treason.

They DID NOT get any results from the Benghazi committee meetings when evidence was indisputable!!

With the majority they have, and piss poor results, that enough gives me pause about re-electing them.

Didn’t ask. More importantly, is it true? The Republican Party has supported Paul Ryan and the ever dead, Mitch McConnell as they have moved to support Hillary.
It is no secret that on Nov 9, there will be a day of reckoning for the GOP no matter who is in the White House.
If Hillary is elected the congress is rendered irrelevant. If Donald is elected, the cockroaches in congress will be exposed to the light.
Not an appetizing end for this fraudulent pack.

I received a fund raising letter from the RNC.

I sent it back with the words that I support Trump, not Ryan and McCain.

I send my money directly to Trump.

Which is why I’ve not made a donation, I WILL NOT DONATE A DIME to a GOP ORG. I give only to the candidate, and it should be used only to elect that candidate.

The reality is that Mr. Trump is going to have to rule with a coalition,

Yup. With the bully pulpit, he'll begin informing Americans about all the stuff the Enemedia has been ignoring, about many departments and deals and groups. He'll ask Americans to contact their rep's to demand change. Meanwhile, we must be actively rebuilding our local GOP branches in our image.

I just run em through the shredder.

On the other hand how will your reaction be if we lose the House and the Senate to the Rats when Donald Trump gets elected? Do you think they let him do what he plans? I got news for you.

“Kind of big mistake if you ask me. “

bullshit. you’re just buying into the enemedia propaganda spin. this phase of fundraising is simply winding down with less than two weeks before the final vote count.

Good grief, it's not personal. Yours just happened to be the first one I saw. I haven't read every post on the thread.

It would be interesting to understand, however, how you think Trump will get his judicial nominations approved with a senate full of democrats.

I live in Arkansas and early voted today. I was surprised at how many people were at the polling place on the third day of early voting, it was packed.

I voted for Trump, but in the other races I voted for the Libertarian candidates. I refused to vote for any other republicans.

Also before I went to vote this morning I had a call from the RNC wanting money. I told them no and not to ever call again.

Do you have any doubt as to what Senate Majority Leader Schumer and Speaker of the House Pelosi would do?
