No and the FBI NEVER will as long as Comey is the leader, nor as long as the 2nd in FBI command is still there (who accepted ~$750,000 from Terry McAulliffe and DNC in 2015 and was promoted to 2nd in command).
Why was the Clinton Foundation established in Canada? To HIDE Evidence as Canada does not require reporting donors as the US would...
Why was a private email server used by HRC & WJC? To hide the evidence of quid pro quo and criminal enterprise by avoiding permanent government records of same in official .gov doc backups!
As I stated in Jan. 2016 - I strongly suspected the reason that ~150 FBI agents were reportedly assigned to investigate was to Discover ANY and ALL evidence and guarantee that it can NEVER be used for prosecution of HRC, WJC, their “friends” in their criminal operations nor Obama.
Why? How many FBI files / background dirt does HRC have now in addition to the over 900 she acquired and held for 3 years in the White House in the 90s? Congressmen were afraid to impeach in the 90s because there would be “Hell to Pay” (Barbara Olsen book) if they crossed HRC as also stated by Dick Morris on FOX live national news.
