What happened to HILLARY?
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Might want to put some ice on that.
It looks like the bulge follows the blood vessels in her face.
Dueling scar?
Boomerang-shaped ashtray?
She cut herself shaving?
If they are still doing them the way they did 25 years ago, those aren’t something you can snap in or out like Leggos.

“I wondered if it was another blood clot.”

I’m thinking it’s more like the chestburster from “Alien”.
Looks like a hit by a flung dinner plate.....is Bill in reactive attack mode..does he have the strength to hurl a dinner plate....?
Yes, it starts above eyebrow & extends to the bulge.
Hmmmm..
congealed botox

(excerpt) Catheters are also implanted for hemodialysis and chemotherapy.
These devices increase the risk for blood clots in the upper extremities because they can damage the inner lining of veins and affect blood flow. It’s estimated that 10 to 25 percent of people with an in-dwelling catheter develop an upper extremity DVT. The larger the catheter, the greater the risk.

They made the incision far enough away to prevent local scarring in stretched skin. Then they pulled them out - the chipmunk cheek seems to be gone, and then they super glued the incision back together and put some quick covering alum-based healer on it. Then add the makeup.
That’s just my guess but it’s how I’d have done it. Those cheeks always looked fake to me anyway.
Her satanic mind control symbiote on the move?
