PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Philadelphia police say they've arrested four teens on assault charges in flash mob attacks around Temple University in which college students were beaten, an officer was knocked down and a police horse was punched in the face.

The back-story seems to be that the ‘rampaging youths’ were all blacks yelling racial epithets, and the victims were all mostly white. The Philly Media is keeping a lid on it, but eye-witness accounts are trickling out in the social media.

I don’t understand how students find it worthwhile to spend years in college around these animals. I couldn’t imagine ever turning over my children to serve as white hostages in these urban environments. Any student expressing an interest in this should learn about the Mau Maus and Simbas; they might reconsider.

Yes, for undergraduate programs there is more choice but what about graduate school level professional programs? Just take a look where the medical, dental, optometry, pharmacy, and podiatry schools are located in Pennsylvania.
Also....For students who need to work and live at home in order to afford a state college there really isn't that much choice especially when transportation is taken into consideration.
